  • E-Mail the flight information to the Hub Captain. If you choose to file your flight reports via E-Mail click here. You may also fill out the necessary information and copy and paste the information to an email. This is for those that have a browser that does not support transmitting forms.

DIRECTIONS ON FILLING OUT THIS FORM:
  • Select your name as pilot and enter your email address.
    Be sure the date entered is the date of the flight. If no date is entered I will use the date that I received the report as the date flown.
  • Complete form - for non schedule flights please enter CHARTER in FLT No. box
  • For departure and destination please use airport name and ICAO designation, e.g.  Boston (KBOS) and in capital letters.
  • Please use date format:   YYYY-MM-DD
  • you may add "z" after the time to indicate that Zulu times are being used.
  • Press the Submit Button at the bottom of the page.

All flight times must be reported in decimals. This chart will help you convert your time from minutes to decimal. You can make Flight Simulator log your hours to the decimal time by going to setting and display, there is a box there just check log flight time. When you exit FS a box will appear giving you your flight time in decimal time.
