Please enter your flights in the following table according to these instructions:

Date should be entered as "DD.MM.YY".
Enter the airport of departure in the "From" column, that of the destination in the "To" column.
Please enter the airports' names in ICAO codes only.
Please enter times of departure and arrival in UTC time only! Please use the "hh:mm" format.
Time of flight is to be entered in the "Time" column, again using the "hh:mm" format.
Where ever possible, the aircraft type should be entered using the abbreviations of the Noble Air Frankfurt flight plans, e.g. B744 instead of Boeing 747-400. Please check out the flight plans section in our Administrations Center.
You may enter additional information on your flight in the "Notes" column.
Please calculate the total hours of this report and of all your flight reports including this one in the corresponding fields.
Send your Flight Report to our Hub Captain using the "Submit" button, otherwise delete your data using the "Reset" button. Beware loss of entered information!
Space is limited to 5 flights only. If you have completed more than 5 flights, please make sure to 1) send the entered data, 2) erase all flight data, but do not delete your personal data, i.e do not use the "Reset" button, 3) enter and submit the rest of your flights by using this form several times.
