Active (Green) Flight report received in last 60 days
Active (Yellow) Contact received in last 90 days, but longer than 60 days since last flight report.
Inactive (Red) Pilot has not made contact for over 90 days or no flight reports received within the last 60 days. If either of these is exceeded by 30 days, you risk being removed from the roster, so please stay in touch. However, do please read the note below 'Retirements'.
