Letter Dated  10/08/05

To All,

Noble Air is a year and a half into its second decade. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our pilots, Hub Captains and their staff and The Board of Directors for their guidance over the years.

The weekends are becoming very enjoyable experiences. The multiplayer and voice servers are now working very well. We have a new committee designed for coordinating on-line events for Noble Air and is currently chaired by Roger Eve our Gatwick Hub Captain. Some past events hosted by the Gatwick Hub were the Tiger Moth Air Races. Another is going to celebrate the jet time records set by Gordon Bennett. This event is still in the planning phase so keep checking the Gatwick Hub Page to keep up to date. We also have an informal group that flies every Friday and Saturday afternoon (Eastern Time in the US). This is a very informal group of experienced Noble Air Pilots who are more than happy to help get you started in this area of your flight simulation experience. DON’T BE SHY….COME ON OUT AND ENJOY IT! We are currently flying the new PMDG 747 and LDS 767 aircraft, but you don’t have to own them or even fly in the same area to enjoy being on-line with new or old friends. Since we provide our own version of ATC, you don’t have to be concerned about the ‘formalities’ of well known ATC groups. With this in mind, don’t expect current ‘formal’ procedures for regions or airports either. The multi-player server is available 24-7 and supports both FS 2002 and 2004 at the same time. We also have a separate voice server available 24-7. All you need is a standard full duplex sound card and a microphone to enjoy it. Don’t worry …… it’s all fairly simple and we normally have at least one person there to get you started.  The easiest way to get started is to contact myself, Joe Fritsch (COO) or Roger Eve (LGW HC) and we’ll point you in the right direction.

I would like to especially thank Thomas ‘Sittingsparrow’ who provides both the multi-player and voice server spaces.
